In addition, if your order is personalized and/or needs adjustment, it may take a few days for our designer to create a complete art file. Design time will depend on adjustment (more or less, easy or difficult) can be from 1-5 days or more.
For orders to remote areas or countries, we will use epackage for shipment, which may take 1-3 months to be delivered. So please help us to notice the timeline.

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges vary from one country to another and are the buyer's responsibility.

WHETHER DO I RECEIVE MY ORDER IN MY COUNTRY?
We ship to more than 200 countries (United States US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, United Kingdom, France, Spain, Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, Switzerland, Poland, Mexico, Brazil, United Arab Emirates, South Africa, etc...), and you can enjoy on all items sold on the Store.
These items can be tracked via your national shipping courier (USPS, Australia Post, Canada Post, etc). We will notify you by email when your items have been shipped.
Also, please note that items on our store come from a range of different suppliers so, if you ordered more than one item, they will likely arrive in distinct packages within a few days of one another.
Giveaway items may take up to 40 days to arrive since they come from abroad. We greatly appreciate your patience in this regard. If your item doesn't arrive in 40 days, please contact us at email: support@cusgifts.com and we'll investigate and either resend your order via tracked shipping or give you a refund (whatever you prefer).
